State Property Tax Relief Programs

The  tax bill information will be online this weekend.  The Tax bills will be mailed out no later than the last week in September.  The next payment due is November 1st with a grace period of 10 Days.  Payments received in our office after November 10th will accrue interest from the original due date of November 1,2020.  Please note that our office can not recognize post marked mail.

Payment Receipt & Processing

A quick note that a mailed check (even locally mailed checks) could take 5 to 7 days to reach us. Please keep this in mind when you are paying your Tax or Water/Sewer bill in order to avoid interest charges

Due to our new process, online bank payments may only take 1 to 2 days to be processed and electronically submitted to us.For online banking to identify the property use the account number instead of the block and lot number.

Payments through the online website are received by us on the next business day.

We have a drop box outside the Municipal Building at 475 Corporate Drive and you can pay or view your property taxes online.

About the Tax Collector

The Tax Collector is responsible for the yearly billing and quarterly collection of the tax levy within guidelines mandated by the State of New Jersey. The Tax Collector presides at the annual tax sale, and also adjusts the tax accounts for tax appeals, senior citizen, disabled and veteran’s deductions.
