SITE PLAN REVIEW
Woodcliff Lake Development, Dkt. 455
Comments to Planning Board:
1. Lot 3 – We do not approve the wetlands exchange proposed.
2. Meadow Lake Drive (from Fike Rd.) should end at Lot 4. Meadow Lake Drive (from Campgaw Rd.) should end past the driveway proposed for Lot 2.
3. We object to lowering the pond which is a wildlife habitat.
4. Lot 12 – We suggest the house be turned parallel to Campgaw Rd. to avoid the wetlands.”
Jason Sustack, Dkt. 463
