“The following applications were reviewed by the Environmental Commission at the meeting held on May 25, 2005.
Stryker Orthodpaedics, 325 Corporate Drive Bl. 137, Lots 6, 13 and 15, Dkt. 372A-5S, dated 5/16/05 – approved.

Jay Patel, 22 Tudor Rose Terrace Bl. 21.07, Lot 29, E-BD-216-239-385, amended 5/13/05 – approved as amended. There will be 19 replacement trees. They will be native deciduous varieties, maple and oak.

Richard & Deborah Wells, 21 E. Crescent Avenue Bl. 118, Lot 9, BOA Dkt. 1152-05S, dated 5/12/05.
The tree preservation form states 15 trees will be removed. After review of the tree removal plan, it appears that there may be more trees being removed. This is confusing.

The final plan was reviewed. No additional comments.
