Assistant to the Business Administrator: FT- Permanent- Township of Mahwah, Bergen County
Candidate must be a self-starter and extremely well organized with independent judgement in order to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. Should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, strong written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in municipal government purchasing is a plus. Must have a high level of competency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Daily operations include but are not limited to contract administration, preparation of bid, specification and budget documents; records management and development and presentation of reports. Will assist in a wide variety of areas throughout the organization.
